  • Woodmere Building (3325 Aspen Grove Drive) Special Assessment Notice

  • Last Month, we experienced water intrusion (weather related) in various locations in the building. The prevention treatment expenses were approximately $3,000. We feel the most prudent and proactive approach is to apply prevention treatment to the entire building (windows and brick). We are contracting with Performance Waterproofing to apply the treatment. To support this process, we are establishing a special assessment of $45,000. The water intrusion prevention treatment will cost approximately $30,000. The remaining $15,000 will be placed in reserves for future repairs to the roof, parking, building etc.


    The assessment is currently due and payable. Please remit payment prior to October 31, 2020.
